What we expect from you
You are an experienced sales and people professional with a proven track record in a B2B environment, preferably in an international setting. Thanks to your experience, you successfully lead a sales team and deliver strong results by coaching, motivating and developing your people.
You combine commercial drive with analytical insight. You work comfortably with targets, KPIs, reporting and CRM systems, and use data to steer strategies and actions. You focus on possibilities rather than limitations and believe strong sales results start with engaged and motivated people.
You embrace an open and transparent company culture. You communicate convincingly, build strong relationships with other departments (purchasing, warehouse, marketing, HR), and know how to inspire and mobilise different personalities. At the same time, you are hands-on: you stay close to the action, provide direction and take initiative when needed.
