As an account manager, you are responsible for further expanding our customer portfolio in the DACH region.
You will spend 40-50% of your time travelling to maintain customer relationships and increase their share of wallet. Moreover, you will actively seek out new customers. In short, you will advise and persuade customers, negotiate deals, and gather market insights.
The remaining 50-60% of your time will be spent maintaining daily contact with B2B customers for prospecting, following up on quotes, confirming orders, promoting monthly deals, and providing expert advice. You will also handle administrative tasks related to your commercial interactions, such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and requesting information from the purchasing department.
