Account Manager – CEE

Your main responsibilities

As our new account manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our customer portfolio in the Central & Eastern European region.

You combine business development activities with staying closely connected to clients to improve existing collaborations. A significant part of your time will be spent travelling across the region, visiting customers on-site to build strong relationships and ensure they receive the service they deserve.

You will also take care of the administrative side of your commercial work by preparing quotations, processing orders, and proactively coordinating with the purchasing department when needed.

What we expect from you

• Language skills: You speak Romanian or Polish at native level and have strong English skills. Czech or Lithuanian may also be considered.

• Commercial drive and flair: You actively contribute to the growth of the Parts department.

• Excellent communication skills: Not only in sales conversations but also when liaising with the sales manager and colleagues.

• Customer-focused approach: You listen attentively to customers’ needs and propose effective solutions.
